How To Join Our Jazz Program

The first step to apply to our jazz program is to fill the form below and contact us with a message.

Filling in this form does not enroll you in our courses. It is just a way for us to know a bit about you, and help determine the right Ensemble for your specific case if you do decide to join.

After receiving your message we will follow up with an email providing more information on pricing and how our schedule works. We will also answer any questions you may have.
